For orders being shipped by common carrier: Please note the following. Please inspect the shipping box for damage. In a very few cases an item is delivered with a damaged box. Please inspect all items upon delivery. After 2 days we do not accept returns or exchanges for concealed damages. We insure our shipments and this is the time limit to file claims against the shipping company.
